After you have received your goods, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange as long as they are in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us. Any intended returns, damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.The receipt is the day you or a third party you indicated acquired the physical possession of the products. In case you bought more products with the same order which were delivered separately, the day of receipt is considered the day you received the last product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vogliestate.com and will instruction on shipping.
Shipping-Refund Policy
The Vogli Estate accepts returns on unopened products (for a refund, minus the cost of shipping). Please contact us to notify us of the reason for your return and ship the unopened box.
